ABOUT LEAH DUNCAN

Leah Duncan (Reeder) is a lifelong resident of Frederick County, Maryland, and a proud 2010 graduate of the local school system. With deep roots in the community and a strong family legacy in real estate, Leah naturally found her calling in the industry. Inspired by her mother, Chris Reeder—one of the region’s top-producing agents for over two decades and the founder of one of the most successful real estate teams in the DMV—Leah embraced the family business early on.

Leah began her career in real estate in 2014 as an assistant with Team Reeder of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. Her passion for real estate, combined with a keen eye for home design, led her to launch her own home staging company, A Better View, in 2015. In 2018, she earned her REALTOR® license and quickly gained a reputation for her strong market knowledge, client-focused approach, and meticulous attention to detail.

Now a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and REALTOR® in Maryland and Pennsylvania, Leah continues to provide exceptional service to clients throughout the region. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm, personable demeanor have earned her recognition as one of the most respected young professionals in the industry.

Leah lives in Frederick County with her husband, a local elementary school teacher, their daughter, and two beloved dogs.
