About MARIANA RODRIGUEZ

 

Mariana grew up in Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas before pursuing college locally to study Criminology & Sociology. After college Mariana worked in the Property Management field for fifteen years and then transitioned into working with the Montgomery County Government in the Public Service office. While working for the Public Service Department, Mariana grew a deep passion to help others in her local community that didn’t have the support or resources to be able to help themselves. Working with individuals and families and hearing their stories of misfortunes, really sank in deep with Mariana.

 

With the services her county department provided, she was able to guide and transition these individuals and families into a better quality of life for themselves. With a background in Property Management and then as a previous County Housing Inspector Mariana decided in 2020 that a perfect blend of the two careers would be career in real estate! She loves being able to get to know her clients and walking them through the process of selling or buying a new home.

 

It’s so rewarding to see your clients accomplish their lifelong goals of owning a home and fulfilling their dreams. Mariana’s comforting nature, strong problem-solving skills, tenacity and with a network of connections to help people, positioned her to be a natural REALTOR®️ from the start. She enjoys working with investors, first-time homebuyers, and helping sellers relocate to their next destination.

 

Mariana currently resides in Ijamsville, MD with her husband. She loves living in Maryland where we can enjoy all four seasons that mother nature has to offer. She is also a mother to two daughters and has one granddaughter. Mariana enjoys spending as much time with her family as she can along with soaking in the sun at the beach, gardening and organizing her home (and others). She also volunteers at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. Mariana is also fluent in Spanish!
