Samantha Schwartz began her real estate career in 2012 supporting a busy real estate team as a Licensed Assistant. She assisted with every facet of the real estate transactions from contract to close. This knowledge has set Samantha apart from many agents since she has seen and addressed various issues that may arise in a real estate transaction. As a licensed REALTOR®️ in Maryland, Samantha is an Agent “ in the know” who can assist you in a professional way from start to finish.
A 2007 graduate of Middletown High School (Go Knights), Samantha has been married for seven years to Craig Schwartz and they currently reside in Damascus with their two loving fur babies, Hemi and Shelby. Prior to her entering the real estate profession, Samantha worked as Certified Veterinary Assistant to satisfy her love for animals. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Washington Capitals, soaking up the sun at the beach, time with friends, baking, and cooking!
