ABOUT LEAH DUNCAN

Leah Duncan (Reeder) was born and raised in Frederick County, MD. As a local graduate in 2010, she decided to dive right into the family business! Her love of real estate is deeply rooted in her family with her mom, Chris Reeder as one of the top Real Estate Agents in the area for twenty years and has established one of the most successful Real Estate Teams in the DMV area!

 

Growing up in the business from an early age positioned Leah to have a love for real estate early on. Leah dipped her toes into the family business as a Real Estate Assistant in 2014 with Team Reeder of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. Leah’s love for home décor and design combined with her new real estate career guided her to combine two of her passions by opening her own home staging company “A Better View” in 2015. Leah’s love for real estate only continued to grow from there and she officially became a licensed REALTOR®️ in 2018. Leah’s vast knowledge, caring demeanor, attention to detail, and compassion for the client’s positioned her to quickly grow to be one of the best, young professionals in the business!

 

She currently resides in Frederick County with her husband, who is a local elementary school teacher, and their two fur babies. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family, and friends, tours local wineries and breweries, tackle home improvement projects in their new home, and make memories with those closest to her.
