About JOHN KLINGLER

John Klingler, or as he is more commonly known as "Jack" grew up in Maple Shade, New Jersey just outside of the Cherry Hill area. He attended Temple University where he majored in Architectural design. Jack has lived up and down the East Coast from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Manie and now Maryland. After a motorcycle accident, Jack decided to make a career change and he accepted a job with the IHOP franchise and transferred to their operations stationed in Maryland. Jack managed every IHOP in the Maryland and DC area. After a long career in the restaurant industry Jack decide to pursue his dream of owning a local country store. In 1986 Jack purchase the Barned Country Store in Frederick, Maryland. Jack loved meeting and working with all the new customers in the store. As a local country store owner for so many years he saw many familiar faces on a daily basis and built a strong reputation in the local community. Jack ran the country store until 2001, when he decided to sell the business.  After closing the store in 2001, Jack needed to find something new to dive into. The Real Estate Agent that sold Jack's country store mentioned to him that he should think about pursuing a career in real estate. After 15 years in retail and having already been self-employed, Jack thought it sounded like an excellent career to transition into! Jack officially became a REALTOR®️ in 2001 and he's never looked back. He's seen a lot of changes in the business and in our local market area in his 22 years in the business. Jack's extensive knowledge of the local area, previous retail experience, strong work ethic combined with his "Get R Done" attitude immediately set him up for long term success in the local real estate market. Helping his clients find their forever brings Jack immense joy and gratitude. Jack says, "A happy customer is always the best customer". 

 

Jack has six children and eight grandchildren that he enjoys spoiling any chance he gets. In his free time Jack loves taking road trips to North Carolina to spend quality time with some of his grandchildren, traveling west to see the mountains and traveling east to relax at the beach. Jack also enjoys spending time with his beloved dog, a sheltie named Shelby. He also enjoys collecting various collectibles and antiques.
